• The prices shown exclude GST.
• Goods are sold on an ex works basis.
• All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.
• All orders are subject to PETRO Industrial Terms of Trade, a copy of which is available upon request

  Returns / Warranty Policy

• In all cases, the PETRO Industrial branch that you purchased to goods from must be contacted BEFORE returning goods to obtain an RA (Return Authority) number. This will identify the goods on receipt at PETRO Industrial and should be clearly shown on the packaging. PETRO Industrial will not accept any returns without an RA number.
• If the goods have been incorrectly supplied, PETRO Industrial will organise return and cover the cost of resupply.
• If the goods have been incorrectly ordered or are no longer required by the customer, the return of the goods is at the sole discretion of PETRO Industrial. If PETRO Industrial agrees to the return of the goods, the customer is responsible for the cost of return and the payment of a restocking fee (20% or $100, whichever is greater).
• All goods must be returned to PETRO Industrial to qualify for replacement or credit, irrespective of value.
• Goods must be in original undamaged packaging and in suitable resalable condition. Goods will only be accepted for return within 30 days of purchase. The RA number should be noted by the customer and quoted in any contact dealings
• Goods returned to us will be repaired and returned to you, replaced or credited at our discretion.
• Goods ordered specifically for you cannot be returned.
• If spare parts or a replacement need to be dispatched before we receive the faulty item back, you will be invoiced. The invoice will state your Return Authority number.
• We do not cover any labour cost nor freight costs incurred repairing or replacing faulty items.
